We bought this parcel in 2018 – when the world was a different place. Five years and one pandemic later, and things have changed for us. We have both started new businesses in western Canada and building a summer property in PEI is no longer a priority.

So, we have decided to sell this parcel.

Since this photo was taken in 2022, I have completed the landscaping on the parcel. As of August 2023, it is now ready for someone to move an RTM home onto site.

Every afternoon at 3pm during lobster season, you can visit the wharf at Miminegash Harbor (10 minute drive) to buy fresh caught lobster.
